No Refunds: Once an order is accepted by the merchant, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before confirming payment.

If a merchant is unable to fulfill an order before acceptance, they must inform the customer and offer a replacement or cancellation.

All disputes regarding product quality, incorrect items, or missing items must be handled directly between the customer and the merchant.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Merchant Responsibilities:

Merchants must ensure all orders are packed properly and ready for collection by the assigned rider/driver.

Merchants should set realistic preparation times to avoid delays.

Delivery Process:

Once an order is placed, a rider/driver will be assigned to pick up and deliver the order to the customer.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive their order.

Non-Delivery or Issues:

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, the rider will attempt to contact the customer. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to the merchant (if applicable), and no refunds will be issued.

If a rider fails to pick up the order on time, merchants should report the issue to Belibeli’s support team.

Belibeli is a platform connecting merchants and customers; we do not take responsibility for disputes regarding order quality, incorrect items, or missing items.
