(EN) Belibeli Super App – Merchant Agreement

Effective Date: 24-Feb-2025

1. Introduction

By subscribing and paying as a merchant on Belibeli, all terms in this document are accepted.

2. Definitions

  • Belibeli: The platform for merchant listings, sales, and deliveries.

  • Merchant: A business or individual subscribing to Belibeli to list and sell products or services.

  • Customer: A user who purchases products or services through Belibeli.

  • Subscription: The monthly or annual fee paid by merchants to use Belibeli’s services.

3. Merchant Subscription

  • RM10/month or RM100/year for listing and delivery services per location/branch.

  • 3% banking fee for e-wallet and online payments.

  • No extra charges for cash on delivery (COD) or QRPay on delivery.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable. Merchant accounts will be deactivated if payment is missed and reactivated upon renewal.

  • Payments can be made in-app or via bank transfer to Solaku Sdn Bhd (Maybank 561051252956).

4. Merchant Responsibilities & Branding

  • Provide safe, non-expired, and accurately listed products or services.

  • Cover re-delivery costs if incorrect or unsafe items are sent.

  • Maintain updated shop details and operate on a fixed schedule.

  • Protect customer information and submit valid registration documents.

  • Submit proof of halal certification (if applicable) for verification.

  • Allow Belibeli to display shop names, logos, and product images for platform use, marketing, and announcements.

5. Prohibited Activities

Strictly prohibited on Belibeli:

  • Human trafficking, prostitution, illegal money lending.

  • Selling banned items (weapons, drugs, hazardous goods, protected animals).

  • Engaging in any illegal activities.

6. Deliveries & Order Issues

  • Merchants cover re-delivery costs for incorrect or unsafe items.

  • Delivery partners cover re-delivery costs for their own mistakes.

  • If a customer cannot be reached or refuses an order without a valid reason, no refund is required. Belibeli may involve authorities if needed.

7. Account & Compliance Management

  • Merchant accounts will be deactivated if payment is missed and reactivated upon renewal.

  • Belibeli may remove merchants who violate these terms.

  • Merchants must operate consistently and not open or close their business without a fixed schedule.

8. Business Growth & Promotion

  • Belibeli provides an affordable platform for merchants to reach customers.

  • Merchants are encouraged to share their Belibeli listings to increase visibility, as Belibeli does not conduct marketing for individual businesses.

9. Liability & Service Disruptions

  • Belibeli is not responsible for any indirect damages.

  • Belibeli is not responsible for service disruptions due to natural disasters, network failures, or events beyond its control.

Tarikh Berkuat Kuasa: 24-Feb-2025

1. Pengenalan

Dengan melanggan dan membuat pembayaran sebagai peniaga di Belibeli, semua terma dalam dokumen ini dianggap diterima.

2. Definisi

  • Belibeli: Platform untuk senarai peniaga, jualan, dan penghantaran.

  • Peniaga: Perniagaan atau individu yang melanggan Belibeli untuk menyenaraikan dan menjual produk atau perkhidmatan.

  • Pelanggan: Pengguna yang membeli produk atau perkhidmatan melalui Belibeli.

  • Langganan: Bayaran bulanan atau tahunan yang dibayar oleh peniaga untuk menggunakan perkhidmatan Belibeli.

3. Langganan Peniaga

  • RM10/bulan atau RM100/tahun untuk senarai dan perkhidmatan penghantaran untuk setiap lokasi/cawangan.

  • Caj perbankan 3% untuk pembayaran e-dompet dan atas talian.

  • Tiada caj tambahan untuk tunai semasa penghantaran (COD) atau QRPay semasa penghantaran.

  • Yuran langganan tidak akan dikembalikan. Akaun peniaga akan dinyahaktif secara automatik jika bayaran tertunggak dan akan diaktifkan semula selepas pembayaran dibuat.

  • Pembayaran boleh dilakukan dalam aplikasi atau melalui pembayaran atas talian ke Solaku Sdn Bhd (Maybank 561051252956).

4. Tanggungjawab Peniaga & Penjenamaan

  • Menyediakan produk atau perkhidmatan yang selamat, tidak luput, dan disenaraikan dengan betul.

  • Menanggung kos penghantaran semula jika produk yang salah atau tidak selamat dihantar.

  • Memastikan butiran kedai dikemas kini dan beroperasi mengikut jadual tetap.

  • Melindungi maklumat pelanggan dan menyerahkan dokumen pendaftaran yang sah.

  • Menghantar bukti pensijilan halal (jika berkenaan) untuk pengesahan.

  • Membenarkan Belibeli memaparkan nama kedai, logo, dan gambar produk untuk kegunaan platform, pemasaran, dan pengumuman.

5. Aktiviti yang Dilarang

Dilarang sama sekali di Belibeli:

  • Pemerdagangan manusia, pelacuran, pemberian pinjaman wang haram.

  • Menjual barangan terlarang (senjata, dadah, bahan berbahaya, haiwan terlindung).

  • Terlibat dalam sebarang aktiviti haram.

6. Penghantaran & Isu Pesanan

  • Peniaga menanggung kos penghantaran semula bagi produk yang salah atau tidak selamat.

  • Rakan penghantaran menanggung kos penghantaran semula jika berlaku kesilapan daripada pihak mereka.

  • Jika pelanggan tidak dapat dihubungi atau menolak pesanan tanpa alasan yang sah, tiada bayaran balik diperlukan. Belibeli boleh melibatkan pihak berkuasa jika perlu.

7. Pengurusan Akaun & Pematuhan

  • Akaun peniaga akan dinyahaktif jika bayaran tertunggak dan akan diaktifkan semula selepas pembayaran dibuat.

  • Belibeli boleh membuang peniaga yang melanggar terma ini.

  • Peniaga mesti beroperasi secara konsisten dan tidak boleh membuka atau menutup perniagaan tanpa jadual tetap.

8. Pertumbuhan Perniagaan & Promosi

  • Belibeli menyediakan platform mampu milik untuk peniaga mencapai pelanggan.

  • Peniaga digalakkan berkongsi senarai Belibeli mereka untuk meningkatkan keterlihatan, kerana Belibeli tidak menjalankan pemasaran untuk perniagaan individu.

9. Liabiliti & Gangguan Perkhidmatan

  • Belibeli tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerosakan tidak langsung.

  • Belibeli tidak bertanggungjawab atas gangguan perkhidmatan akibat bencana alam, kegagalan rangkaian, atau kejadian di luar kawalan.
