1. General Questions

Q: What is Belibeli?
A: Belibeli is a platform that connects merchants with customers and provides access to delivery services. We help businesses list their products and services, making it easier for customers to order and receive deliveries.

Q: Does Belibeli take a percentage of sales?
A: No, Belibeli does not take a cut from merchant sales. Merchants only pay a subscription fee (RM10 monthly or RM100 yearly) to be listed on the platform.

Q: Can I use Belibeli anywhere in Malaysia?
A: Yes! We are expanding nationwide. However, service availability depends on merchant and rider presence in each area.

2. Merchant & Subscription

Q: How do I become a merchant on Belibeli?
A: Simply sign up, choose a monthly (RM10) or yearly (RM100) subscription, and upload your business details. Our team will verify and activate your listing.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
A: Yes, but there are no refunds. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid period.

​

Q: What happens if I don’t renew my subscription?
A: Your listing will be hidden from the platform. Once you make a payment, your business will be visible again.

3. Orders & Payments

Q: How do customers place orders?
A: Customers browse listed merchants, select items, and place an order. The merchant then confirms and prepares the order for pickup or delivery.

Q: How do merchants get paid?
A: Payments are made directly to merchants via cash, bank transfer, or online payment (if enabled by the merchant). Belibeli does not process payments.

​

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Q: Can a merchant cancel an order?
A: No. Once an order is accepted, the merchant must fulfill it. Failure to do so may result in penalties.

Q: Can customers request refunds?
A: No. All payments and disputes are between merchants and customers. Merchants must handle refunds at their discretion.

5. Delivery & Logistics

Q: How does delivery work?
A: Belibeli provides access to riders and drivers for deliveries. Merchants can request a rider to pick up and deliver an order.

Q: How are delivery fees charged?
A: Delivery fees are set by the rider and paid directly by the customer.

​

Q: What happens if a delivery is delayed?
A: Delays may happen due to traffic, weather, or high demand. Customers should contact the merchant for updates.

6. Referral & Commission

Q: Can I earn by referring merchants?
A: Yes! Refer a merchant, and if they subscribe, you get 50% commission (RM5 for monthly, RM50 for yearly subscriptions).
